Pre-op
Post-op with stump shade guide for reference. Very key information, especially for all ceramic restorations
A little fuzzy, but you get the picture. Post delivery, same day. Full upper, temporized lower anteriors. Take notice
of the soft tissue managment, there is a very small "black triangle" between #8 and #9, but that should
regenerate within a couple of weeks. There is enough pressure, without a blanched appearance, to engage
and encourage healing in the papilla. There were a couple of corrections I would have liked to have made,
but the patient and doctor were both "giddy with excitement". Patients wife called the office in tears and
histerics when patient arrived home with his new "pearlies" Overall - a success!
Occlusal view. All 12 units were seated in 25 minutes with very minimal occlusal adjustment. Articualted
on a Panadent, and mounted with a facebow. Boy, are both of those really important, it helps with chairtime!!!
Yes this occlusion is open, We were anticipating lower restorative work. Provided ideal plane of occlusion so #27
and #28 could be brought into similar ideal plane.
This kind of restorative work can not be done without teamwork and communication. We work very closely with
our clients and your patients to get the result everyone is looking for. We DON'T forget the end user of our product
is the patient.
